Mr. Bighead Forgot the Konami Code

Mr. Bighead can't seem to remember if it's Up Up Down Down Left Right Left Right B A Start, or Up Up Down Down Left Right Left Right B A Select Start, and he's losing sleep over it. Heffer's long-winded disclaimer isn't helping either, and nobody seems to be able to get him to shut up. What's to be done?
