I agree, aside from Sean and Ibuki the game is rather balanced. Sean, Ibuki, and Akuma are top tier while everyone else is middle tier.

Second Impact has better character balance, and therefor more options for competitive play. If I enjoyed watching people playing the same characters all the time I might as well watch UMK3.

I prefer this over 3s cuz the whole environment and feel of the game is just overall better.
