Hi! Thanks for your response and your really nice comments on my videos! My parents are from a town called Buccheri, located 25 west of Syracuse, Sicily. My father was baker and later became a chef in America - I guess I got some of his technique! I became a bricklayer (retired) and as you can see in my videos, cooking has become my hobby! Do you have any suggestions for what my next video can be? Thank you again for your comments!

Did u do anything so the dough won't stick to the pan when u bake the biscotti???

@Gordon22141 I used a none stick pan and used a plastic spatula so not to scrape the pan. Also, a better way to handle the dough is to wet your hands with water first. Giuseppe.

@contrymnon Yes, you can use all-purpose flour - I used to use that for biscotti as well.

Would the recipe change much if i used wheat flour? and would it taste similar n have the same crunch if i do use wheat flour? i always follow this recipe but im currently out of white flour n really want to make this right away :) thx!

@guesswho2390 I never tried it with whole wheat flower, but if you do, try
substituting some sugar in the recipe with molasses. go for it and let me know how it turns out!
