I am awaiting my VSG date I bought those "protein bullets" recommended by another video that your brother did but my doctor stated that they aren't recommended due to it is mostly collegen and it isn't the correct protein. Oh well I bought a couple of dozen, I'll use them anyway. You both looked Wonderful! I hope I am just as successful (I have 100lbs to lose)

I am very suprised to see you eating also. You are supposed to be on a liquid diet 2 weeks before your surgery....I guess in Mexico they do it any old way....

I'm surprized to see you eating the day before the surgery. I was told I have to be on a liquid diet 2 days before the surgery.

@Longlashes17 yes, you are right ~ my weight does not fit the U.S Bariatric surgery criteria , so I need to go Mexico. Did you sleeve surgery going well?

@Longlashes17 People are put on a diet to loose some weight before the surgery to shrink their liver. My hubby had to loose 45 lbs before he could have his surgery which made his bmi lower but the dr went by his original weight. :O)

I wish I only weighed 209. I'm surprised that BMI was accepted for surgery. Maybe that's why you had to go to Mexico? I'm not judging, just surprised. Glad you're healthy now.
