Extreme Suds Test

EN - I generally like to consider myself a respectful individual for the environment so I feel that I should give an apology to any environmentalist out there for having broken the rule on this occasion! Basically, I doubled up on the amount of detergent (nearly tripled) this once as I wanted to push my washer to the limit to see how it would tackle an extreme laundry situation. This load was washed and rinsed to perfection on this occasion, but I usually get good wash results even with a small amount of detergent without any unneeded waste (including water), so... an appeal to all Ariel Excel gel users: remember not to fill the dosing cap completely but only the inner ring LOL
Observations - the machine becomes aware of the presence of excessive suds through the PCB which calculates the time employed by the pressure switch to signal the predetermined water level: when this is below a predifined time range, the washer starts a new enhanced rinse cycle to get rid of the assumed foam.

IT - Solitamente mi considero un individuo rispettoso per l'ambiente, ma in questo caso ho fatto un eccezione quindi vorrei porgere le mie scuse a qualsiasi ambientalista che vedrà questo filmato! Ebbene si, ho raddoppiato, quasi triplicato la dose di detersivo per questo carico di bucato poiché volevo mettere a dura prova la mia lavatrice e vedere come se la sarebbe cavata in una situazione estrema. Per fortuna questi articoli furono lavati e risciacquati perfettamente, tuttavia, ottengo buoni risultati di lavaggio anche con una piccola quantità di detersivo senza alcuno spreco inutile (neanche d'acqua), dunque... un appello a tutti gli utilizzatori di Ariel Excel Gel: ricordate di non riempire completamente il dosatore ma solamente l'anello interno LOL
Osservazioni - la macchina si rende conto della presenza di schiuma in eccesso attraverso il PCB che calcola il tempo impiegato dal pressostato per segnalare il livello d'acqua predeterminato: quando esso avviene in un arco di tempo inferiore a quello prestabilito, la lavatrice da inizio ad un ciclo di risciacquo speciale per eliminare la presunta schiuma.

@HooverWD1100 Don't worry... I don't always wash like this. To be fair Ariel Excel Gel was doing a great job on cold temp... but I still prefer my hot washes ;-)

hmm i use that much gel to get the muck out of my work overalls. im doing motor vehicle at college and the only way the muck shifts is to use that much gel!

@tech4pros1 I see... if you have a really grubby (grease, oil, etc.) load of clothes a higher dosage of detergent does not equal excessive creation of suds... however, in my case, if I have really mucky stuff (oven mittens, tea towels, etc) i prefer to use other additives such as stain remover or oxy action... seldomly I 'd even use bleach. This wasn't an ordinary occurrence but just a test to check out the ability of this washer to get out of a sticky situation. Bye.

So you'd agree with me that this was a very hard test... well, I feel that if it's passed with Ariel Excel gel it would pass with any other detergent... fingers crossed lol

@whirlpoolking I do too... I have read some negative comments about it but as far as the Bio gel with Fabreeze effect is concerned, I frankly believe some might not use it properly: you obviously spotted its correct use by associating it with medium-long main-wash cycles. I must admit it's on the dear side but no other detergent I've tried has given me the same good results at such a low temp or even on cold. Thanx :-)
