i just think.... at this time, still try a way to promote herself, is that really sth as she said 'do sth abt "this - her sis's" incident'? that's more like another "opportunity" that she finds to keep herself on a +ve impression to her fans and to save her entertainment business and not to let her sis's incident to drag her down as well....

You have misunderstood the whole situation. The rumours that media created on Jill's case had indirectly bring some negative perspective to the youth (it's what they think). So, the song it's an effort by Janice to send out a message to the youngster, in hoping they'll understand the harm drugs.
