  • Radiation from electrode itself doesn't pose a threat, but radioactive dust that comes when you sharpen the tip of electrode isn't exactly healthy. Mask should be used while sharpening.

    But i'd recommend to use golden or blue tungstens (Lanthaniated) instead of Red ones (thoriated).

  • @11352496 yeah red end tungsten should be handle with care and dont breath grinding dust.

  • i weld with these are these levels unsafe for use iv been using them for over 10 years
