thank you so much for this, a few days ago i did a 20 minutes run and had a really bad "stiff"(i guess that's what it's called) for 3 days, then i was told that i need to stretch before i run like this, i did this, IT WAS AMAZING!!! i ran for 30 minutes absolutely no pain :D
