It's so sexy when a woman works out and takes good care of her body. Congratulations for making this video. Most women believe you can't do anything about breasts sagging besides surgery. There's also a lot of people who tear down women by trying to convince them there is nothing to do. I think there's very few women who exercise at all, so keep it up, I hope you encourage many.

@Gokida Thank you so much. I have always worked out with weights and now I am older I am thankful I did as the results are amazing and not just for breasts. Every body part benefits including your face & neck muscles lol. I definitely recommend weight training 3 times per week. Thanks for writing xo

Hi there & thanks so much for your very kind words! You sound like you are on a great fitness routine, good for you! A few times a week should be enough (on alternate days) as you do not want to overdo just one muscle group. Pushups & yoga will also really help strengthen the pectorals, so include them in your weekly routine if possible. (Full pushups or half pushups are a great exercise if you travel a lot & do not have access to a gym.) hugs xo

You are gorgeous! I have no idea how old you are but I'm 24 and I hope that when I am your age I will be beautiful like you. I was wondering how many times a week should I do this routine? Right now I do cardio 6 days a week and alternate between several cardio/strength training dvds 5 days a week. I want to add this to my routine! Thanks so much for the video!
hi, i'm 15 and i'm pretty much overweight, so my breasts sag. they're flat at the top, where my chest and breasts meet and id like them to be fuller there and i want my whole breast to be lifted. will these exercises help with those two things ? if so, how much will i need to do and how long will it take for me to see the results that i'm looking for? i'm a 38D cup. i've been told that its impossible for your breasts to be lifted naturally if they already sag, i really hope that isn't true.

@Corduroylove Hi CL, The good news is that you are only 15 so your skin has youth on it's side. The fact that you are concerned "now" is a great start to improving your health& fitness routine. Building the muscle in the pectorals will definitely help to lift the breast & fill out the top but I highly recommend that you hire a personal trainer who is also qualified in diet/nutrition. You may need to alter your lifestyle & a trainer will help motivate you. Wishing you much success

@MrCoolz1234 weight training will help firm up the breast muscle but sagging skin can be harder to deal with. You are young which is a good thing so collagen is on your side. You may want to talk to a Doctor about what your options are for this but it is always a good thing to add muscle to your body to keep your skin firmer. Hope this helps a little? xo

Thank you so much for posting this video twobeavers! When I'm prepared, I'll really have to start doing these exercises because your breasts look incredible! My jaw dropped when you told me that you were only an A cup. D: By the way, you are absolutely gorgeous! I love you're strawberry blondish hair and the way you style it as well as your make-up. You have this gorgeous nostalgic look to you! And nice feminine hands and nails too! Then again, thank you for posting, this is going to help a lot!
