The fallout from an Arvada teenager's investigative piece for his school newspaper is one reason Army recruiters nationwide were forced to take the day off on May 20th, 2005.

Take the day off every day at http://www.michaelmoore.com/ .

  • Wow good job kid u took a man's career and flushed it down the toilet for a fuckin highschool project. hope he dosnt have kids.

  • This is insane. The recruiters didn't hunt him down or anything, he went to them. The kid painted himself like a failure drug addict who had no direction in life, and they wanted to help him out. The corruption in the military runs so deep that knocking off two recruiters will not change anything. He unnecessarily ruined their lives.

  • the recruiters fucked up. they broke THEIR rules and the law to get some kid to fight in a war we still don't know the full truth about. i hope that kid got an A+ for saving a few lives.

  • @marcell11111 lol wut. No, this guy has no one to blame but himself. They ruined their own lives unnecessarily. Don't do the crime if you can't do this time, done nothing wrong, got nothing to worry about etc etc etc I am sure you've used such phrases many times, probably between dinner and Bill O'reilly.

  • @jetboy15 This kid did what he thought was right. Just because they are in the seat of power doesn't make them free of laws and morality.

  • @DietrichvonHeidelbeg it was those god damned hippies in the late 60s

  • @jetboy15

I guess corrupt bankers shouldn't be prosecuted as well using your logic?

  • You can be addicted to alcohol, a drug more toxic than cocaine, and be admitted to the US Army, while cannabis... a non-toxic health product... is treated so differently; it's totally perverse & part of the tyrannical war against certain drugs & certain drug users. Anyway, recruiting is clearly corrupt regarding the diploma thing...

  • holy shit..im from longmont colorado

  • @enlargemedia ......I very much doubt that the military draft will return (assuming there is not some huge tragic event that causes it to be reinstated.) It is absolutely political suicide for any politician to even hint at that

  • @jetboy15 the recruiter go what he deserved. He tells the kid to make a fake diploma and lie, lie, lie. Fraud diploma, lie that you are a druggy, lie that you are under age. There is a reason why 18 years old is used as the age requirement....because basically under the age of 18 you are enlisting a child (like the African war lords do) What happened to Integrity, honor and respect....the army motto......guess thats all a lie too. He probably would have told him to lie if he was 16

  • @jetboy15 You're an idiot
