We are losing simple liberties every day. You haven't been able to smoke a joint legally in this country for almost a century, and that's not even our greatest loss. Our rights as American citizens our being taken from us by our own government and we don't even seem to care! Now we finally have a chance to change all of this, we have a man who is ready to step forward and be the first great leader of America for a while now. He will restore our freedoms and make our nation safer for all of us. Return this country's name to it's former glory. End Prohibition and our Policing of the World. Vote Ron Paul 2012!!!!!!!!!! Ok, it has been proven a valueable natural medicinal plant. It is an excellant fiber producer for paper, rope, replace plastics, etc. etc. etc. It's got more natural uses than any other plant on earth so why are we forbidden to grow and posses at our own likeing ? It was the outlawing of it that made it so bad. Why are we allowing our rights to be slowly taken away ? Because we have been deceived to believe we are completely dependant on our government .Think about it !

I think it should be no more then a fine if some one is caught. I really do not want it to be main streem , but I do not think any one should get in trouble for it either. People who are sick should def be allowed to smoke it. Still do I want every one walking around on this shit ? F NO. The truth is pot makes a lot of people feel parnoid and full of anxiety yet they keep smoking it because they think it has to be cool. Whatever I hate it , but let's not get people in trouble for doing it.

@alexlancer11 well I like your reasoning, and yes some people do just consider it cool to smoke, but these are the people that are just in it to get fucked up, theres a lot behind some drugs as there is to many religious and spiritual activities. Can it be harmful? yes, but it is all in the person who is using, it does not impair your judgement to the extent that it becomes idely responsible for stupid decisions. I say it is only bad if youre just in it for the party and/or social acceptance.

@tigerbaiter1 Emery, like Jack Herer, is a fucking visionary, and he is in prison because of what he believes is right. The only "dangers" of cannabis are the those that come with smoking it (smoking is not the healthiest way to consume ANYTHING because yes smoking ANYTHING can be bad for you) and the risk of being arrested which is definitely the worst of the two.

@alexlancer11 While it's true that it makes some people anxious, yet they keep doing it, those people are stupid. There are always going to be people that give substances a bad rep. You can't deny the rights of others based on a small minority. I think all drugs should be completely legal because I don't think anybody should tell me what I can and can't put into my own body. Regardless, we need to approach legalization from a scientific, rather than an emotional standpoint.

@alexlancer11 The reason it gets people paranoid and full of anxiety is because its illegal. When you smoke it, it drops all of the walls blocking your true feelings on the inside. So if you are self concious about something, and you smoke weed you will feel even more self concious about it. It doesnt have the same affects on everyone, but that is essentially what it does. It drops the walls blocking your emotions on the inside, thats why people have "bad trips" when on other drugs

This guy says Federal law trumps state law, I do not believe that is constitutionally true, specifically under article 10 of the US constitution. The Tenth Amendment states the Constitution's principle of federalism by providing that powers not granted to the federal government nor prohibited to the States by the Constitution are reserved to the States or the people. The US federal government is breaking constitutional law by going after states who allow medicinal use of cannabis.

ok i know that i alsow know that thc is not a narkotic and if you want to find low thc weed you can find it and it cures sicosis not the thc bat 1 of the ather 60 canabinoids that it is the 60 % of the plant and it cures many ather things infact goodold canabis is the best cure for most of mental ilneses and many more like canser
