She was never cleared by the IAAF, it was the CAS which dimissed the charges, prematurely I might add, but they were dimissed. After the fact they realized that retested should have never been done, and a mistake was made in retested which is why, the CAS dimissed the charges. She cheated.. she got off, but on the bright side WADDA formed, because of how she got off .. throught the CAS, it is unlikely it would happen again, but it might.

FYI She was cleared of all wrongdoing by the IAAF as well as the Jamacian federation, and has never been barred from any sporting event.

There is no anti-doping agency in Slovenia or Jamacia for that matter... so until most athletes get to an international meet .. they don't have to worry. I don't think most countries have an anti-doping agency and steriods are legal in Europe.
