It sounds like 3 bass, 2 baritone, and 3 falcetto tenors that you can't really hear lol no offense, but if you can't find enough different parts for 8 people, then you shouldn't sing it. You can tell you guys can sing, but try this....2 bass, 2 baritone, 2 tenor, 2 alto/soprano....and not sure how your voices run, but in those to alto or sopranos, only one should be falcetto...the other, at least try to full note it, cuz top voice only goes so far
