how to build a solar oven.I hope to achieve a temperature of at least 300 degrees with this solar oven. I'm about a third done so this might be a 3 part video. Hope you can hang in there with me. Pm me with any questions.

  • Man I hate OSB. But it's better than MDF at least. Great project should be cool to see the results!

  • @Mrcaffinebean wafer board is hard to make look anything other than ugly. i was afraid i was gonna run out but turns out i have enough.so tomorrow ill pull it off and use plywood.

  • @subtac i wondered the smae thing while i was planning this in my head. that was one of the things i had to find out before i spent time and money on a project that will spontaneously combust. the answer is,,,,,no,, wood doesnt combust until it reaches 660 degrees,or is exposed to direct flame.

  • Curious... Is there any concern that the wood box could catch fire while something is baking?
