The "mad hatter" thing was from before Lewis Caroll - people who worked in hat factories got mercury poisoning from the chemicals they worked with, which slowly sent them insane - mad hat makers... So the mad hatter wouldn't necessarily have worn a hat - he was just the guy who made them.

ooooooo Manson! i love him! as i heard on girl say he gives me a girl boner! ;D he is actually coming out with a new album called “Born Villain”

He's wrong about the Mad Hatter not having a hat and Alice not wearing a dress. Lewis Carroll worked closely with the illustrator John Tenniel. I'm sure if Lewis Carroll didn't want Hatter to be hatted or Alice to be in a dress, he would have rejected the illustrations.

@TheSexychain
I don't think anyone really knows about that :( All I know is that when eat me, drink me came about, he said that was his first priority, then the Hollywood writers strike happened and delayed things even further. I hope it comes out this year, because I really want to see his film work. I'm pretty big on horror movies, and I think he's going to give us a treat. Lewis Carroll was indeed a strange man, and Manson is the perfect person to bring his life about.
