Jason Ferruggia's program calls for bodyweight exercises as well as weight workouts. This is an exercise in his one ebook: "Pronated Inverted Row".
I list my vids as comedy and the best part comes at 1:05 until the end. D'OH! I should have moved that bench. :)
You should be pulling until your chest touches the bar. If it's too hard, first lower the bar a few notches, and take the box out so your feet are on the ground, then progress to elevating feet from there (more horizontal body = greater loading).
