The AP was used as a source. IT stated that there would be an increase in $311 billion. Let's look at CBO estimates: Medicare in 1965 estimate: $12 billion Actual cost: $108 billion. Interstate highway: $27 billion. Actual cost: $128 billion. The current estimate by CBO on Obamacare: $940 billion. Now seriously, how much will it really cost? Given CBO's track record try at least $5 trillion. Since when has gov kept costs down successfully ANYWHERE?

Fox News is definitely a source of accurate and unbiased information. You fail to mention the debt reduction that the health care plan involves in order to counterbalance it's costs.

@binksmommy ther is no incentive in a watered down overpriced policy unless your premiums are working for you (i.e. cash back, premiums towards the actual deductible, etc etc)

@BlackRepublican2010 I think it is the way health insurers do business. We pay a premium that doesn't go towards anything some more or less a lost investment where you are not getting your moneys worth. IE in a high deductible plan, any monthly premium paid should go towards that high deductible. Basically the situation is the amount of money paid into a policy that could've gone towards future medical visits and labs. The way of doing business with the consume needs to change.

Obama's actuary said it would cost more, but Obama hid it because it would have stopped the health care votes of yes. he is playing politics with Americans health care.
