This is a video I made of three different alcohol stoves that I made. The first stove is called "The Arizona," it is a supped up penny can stove made of an Arizona Watermelon Cocktail can. The second stove is "The Spider Stove," it is based off of the open top chimney design but this variant has no inner wall making it easier to construct and operate. The third and final stove is called the "Mini Cat," you have probably heard of the "Super Cat" before and this is a smaller scale version. It works better than the "Super Cat" on small cooking pots such as the Snow Peak 700. Please leave comments, questions, and responses(All feedback is good feedback.)

  • What kind of can do you use in the mini supercat?

I have made a super cat in the past, but is too big for my Trek 700

  • I found it in my neighbors recycling bin and thought it would make a good stove. it is the smallest cat food can I have seen in stores. it works well with my snowpeak 700

  • i have that sealant how much heat can it stand

  • I cant say for sure, it should be able to withstand the heat that these stoves put off, and if the sealant fails it isnt the worst thing in the world. you can just rebuild the stove out of new cans
