I read some of the comments here and one thing is sooooo clear !!!! the critics are all talk and no action, I see heaps of these 'VEGAN TYPES" living off my hard earnt taxes in their utopian fantasy world, of how they wold do things differently, the same faces that pop up in rent a crowd type rally, mostly sit on their arses in suburbia. Rarely have I seen them get out and put their philosophies into practice and when they do it leads to disasterous flops fixed by someone else.

Thing is, I live in a desert. I have spent time in most of the worlds other deserts. I have seen the effects of the many 'green desert' schemes over the years first hand- they cost fortunes, they destroy the land, they don't last. In your comedy video they gloss over the fact they are trying to repair soil salinity which is there as the result of the PREVIOUS latest greatest scheme to green it up. Its desert for a reason- google 'hadley cells'.

I suggest we live within our means in deserts. Harvest desert foods- in Oz that mean acacia seeds, kangaroos. Low investment- very high return and zero loss of wildlife habitat.
