See what happens to your phone when you recycle it.

Do you remember your old phones?
Most of us have unused mobile phones. Only 3% of people recycle their mobile phones.

Nokia has around 5000 recycle collection points. We work with 80 selected recycling plants worldwide. Up to 80% of any Nokia device can be recycled.

Mobile phones contain gold, aluminum, copper, and platinum...Recycled materials can be used for various different ways: saxophone, park bench, kettle..

How many old phones do you have lying around the house? If everyone recycled just one of their old mobiles what could we achieve? Reclaim 240,000 tons of raw materials by preventing new ones that need to be taken from the earth. Resulting in saved enegry & reduced green house gases = equal to taking 4 million cars off the road for a year.

  • One thing I dont get is why it matters if your phone works or not. This must be different to what envirofone and mazuma does. Does anyone know?

  • i prefer keeping the phones home than giving them to get killed. some of them are very important to the phone history.
