This mother of 3 left her home in Iran to seek a better life for her children. Upon arriving in America, her youngest son Omid was diagnosed with the disease Aplastic Anemia. At a time before Google and WebMD, she had to search for information on this rare condition and try to find answres to cope with the frequent challanges. Fast forward to today where she fights to raise awareness, and support families that are facing the same struggle. Join us as we meet the many interesting people that have been there to aide her in her journey, and learn what makes this disease so dangerous.
