It is not related to sexual orientation strictly speaking, but there's definitely a reason men use "faggot" as slang for an emasculated male. Homosexual males behave like women in their mannerisms and attitude. They are difficult to distinguish from females in that regard. Actually you don't find many gay manginas because at the core of a mangina is a male who has been convinced that in order to have sex with a woman you have to submit to her.
