Christoga is a non-traditional hatha yoga practice at beginning and intermediate levels using scriptures from the Bible as the meditation focus. The positions strengthen and lengthen muscles as well as improve breathing, concentration and balance. The progressive guided relaxation phase is both comforting and restorative. Therefore, regular Christoga practice (at least 3 times a week) will improve your ability to perform activities of daily living. Strengthen both body and soul therefore improving your quality of life!

I am a Christian yoga teacher. Yoga is a spiritual discipline like meditation or fasting, and does not belong to any one religion. Rather, Christianity or Hinduism or whatever faith you practice can be brought to yoga. Yoga has been a blessing in my life and the lives of my students, and can absolutely be practiced by Christians.

christians, should not be involved in yoga. it is a form of spiritual meditation. anything spiritual that is not of God is demonic. what a huge deception this is. it would be the same as getting involved in witchcraft and then calling it christian witchcraft.

I think it is "intention" that determines whether it's Christian yoga or otherwise. Yoga is still yoga. I like to do kundalini yoga myself, but this one was nice too. Maybe it is better to focus on what eastern and western philosophies have in common rather than what separates us.
