no problem, im currently doing a degree in personal training and currently working on our level 2 qualification working up to level 3 and 4. this kind of thing really helps with wording and if you guys do upload more videos i'll be subscribing so hopefully if they are soon they'll help me out!

@matklstrength Thanks for feedback - we are re-recording all of our instruction videos and will be arranging a time when the gym isn't in use so that it will be easier to hear us!
