  • I love this video! I like the part, at the end, when he enters an "aggrivated slip" to landing; very nice. As a point of "attention to detail", I recently noticed that the Pilot lowered himself into the cockpit, while wearing gloves. Then, he attaches his "harness" (with no gloves!), then off we go. It appears he has gloves on as he waves to us, while taxiing out. My EROS mini-max flys about the same; hope I can manage to fly as well as he does. N-6395T

  • Pretty 'plane.Looks like it slips nicely,too.

  • Well, I think it is a GREAT video; the music , "Strike for the Shores of Dover" is an English maritime piece, but it reminds me of, perhaps, a German Lufwaffe unit getting ready to strike for the shores of England. Also, definitely reminds me of my 10 year old EROS Mini-max...lots of similarities (except mine has an enclosed cockpit. :-) And, NO, the seat belt does not hold the landing and wing onto the airframe - it insures the pilot remains as the scene of the accident! • Really brought back memories seeing the original. My father and I built a heavily modified (aluminum skinned, canopied) Bowers Fly Baby. N612P Flew from 1966-1970.

  • great plane, really brings back the memories of 20's and 30's aviation. slap on a leather helmet and some goggles and a scarf and get up there and fly!

  • Well done!

  • Great video Ron! Keep Fly Baby flying...thanks for a great website too!

  • Damn thing flies pretty good!

  • Does the seat belt hold the landing gear and wing onto the airframe? LOL
