well.. the thing is.. Viking never have wings/horns on helms.. only some rare viking leader have it. but its like 3-4 persons.

@gharbii Horns, wings, and precious metals were usually only worn on ceremonial helmets, but if you were a Viking chief with a nice winged helmet, wouldn’t you wear it during important battles? No-one can say for certain exactly what every Viking wore a thousand years ago on every day of the week; it’s like a future archeologist saying only 21st century leaders wore neckties. I know for a fact the warriors of ancient Khazakstan charged into battle wearing green mankinis.

@vanhammer73 Thanks! I figured the kraken would look good on a Viking sea raider - either that or a dragon head like on a longship prow, or maybe a wolf chewing on a severed head... damn, I gotta paint a couple more of these guys...
