michael blows eddie out of the water every time they do a duet. he sings power to the people on groundworks video and eddie comes one and kills the mood

i went to see R.E.M. and tried to get Pearl Jam tickets but couldn't afford them

They did that song in the Seattle Crocodile show in 2001. REM and Pearl Jam had done the Groundworks charity concert a couple of day before. REM did a show in a small club and Eddie was in th audience and sang on this song. I think he's learned more of the lyrics since then. :)
