This is a baby bat we found in our garden.
We released him at dusk but not before we photographed him.

It was injured and is probably now dead.

You should have gotten it to a sanctuary, ods are it might have been injured or was too young to take care of itself.

Poor thing looked scared and like it was probably injured in some way the way it was crawling so slowly, trying to get back under the stuff in the shoe box. I felt so sorry for it when it wasn't ready to fly yet and it just fell off the wall. I shouldn't watch these things, breaks my heart.
