She was given 9.737. Seems about right IMO. She did a good routine for her, but there isnt much content other then hard mount and dismount, she lacks height on her yaeger badly, and her form is far from great.

She had some truly atrocious form on bars but this was one of her betters sets.

The problem with Kim was that she was inconsistent and could melt down - like the time she fell four times on floor, including one fall where her feet didn't even leave the floor. And, she was kind of large in the butt and thighs. International judges don't like to see that.

In my opinion - this was the biggest travesty that Kim was not on the Olympic team. Her scores entitled her to be there period - once again, life is very unfair and this can be a very political sport. Imagine training your entire life and your scores made you official, but then they decide to replace you with someone else - Kim was a great gymnast - she may have not been the best, but by taking her chance away - they were no better than any other cheaters in the past.

awesome mount but the rest of the routine lacked in form, difficult, height, and LENGTH. THAT WAS A 20 SECOND BAR ROUTINE!
