  • Yeah ive been working on flexibility aswell... its been so hard, at first i was seing some progress, but after a sertain lvl it stoped, like im not gaining more flexibility anymore.

    I dont know what to do...

  • i will post up a vid of dynamic stretch excercies that immideately free up your hip flexors and increase height on your kicks with no pain. A lot of people underestimate the power of dynamic flexibility and do too much static excercises that eventually tighten you up again.

  • nices high kicks, now can u tell me how the hell did u achieved that kind of flexibility ?i've been working on the hamstrings for six months and nothing,the nex day i like i improved nothing

  • i know wat ur talking about, wen i stretch my hamstrings next day they go tight again. The trick is that to get high kicks you need DYNAMIC flexibility not STATIC flexibility. I cant do the slpits and can kick higher than some people who can do the splits. If you would like the excercises that will get you height just reply and il make a video. I promise immideate results!

    You lost your balance on the jump spin too..

    Try a 540, or 720. lol

  • @NoPixelz just stretch everyday it builds up over time, so if you happen too stretch all out a day it will be extension of your body's durability for a longer period. Idk lol i just came across this video, although i don't specialize in any fighting style's, but i can do splits.. and kick high resembling a split posture in the air with a kick.. which im sure is high..

  • @gosper I also kick head height without splits. And I don't do any dynamic stretching. Must be the genes :D
