  • it is a trip that even then these subtle truths were there, but nobody noticed. just like the last 60 years. suddenly now, now that is too late, we are waking up. they really pulled a fast one on us, didnt they? sick twisted bastards.

this was a great find. thank you DvincentW.

  • I remember reading this novel in college, it was a long book, like 600 pages. It was pretty good though, reflects the depression well.

  • Grapes of Wrath, Classic!

  • The video clip is perfect to discuss free will.

  • "3 dollars a day that's what... ...what happen to other people, that's they're own lookout."

The problem with capitalism in a nutshell. The man driving the 'cat' is actually a mercenary, engaging in an act of brutality, but he excuses his evil act because he is being terrorized himself. Until all men have a spiritual nature and cannot imagine themselves doing what this man is doing, capitalism will be the bane of civilization. It dampens spiritual evolutionary traits and promotes evil ones.

  • @vocalbrush It's on NetFlix. I watched it last night. Great movie.

  • Our people haven't been taught to defend themselves from their own domestic enemies, have we? The military doesn't seem to have a plan to defend us against our own....isn't it time for Jesus to overturn the moneychangers' tables in the temple....again?

  • Substitute Web/Internet for farm and crops. Technology turns workers into old, gray ghosts. They solve profit problems at the expense of human lives.

  • "Then whO do we shoot?"

They should have shot the guy in the car and sent his head to the bank.

  • DVincentW,

Not trying to be rude, but any chance you can load the whole film?

    Thanks for considering it.
