And last, If you do decide to get blitz like this as I had, (although I wish I would of stayed with my family that night of my 21yr old birthday party I might add) than do as I did by catching a bus or a cab and DONT DRIVE DRUNK. You might aswell Just kill your self if you decide to drive in a condition such as the one I was in that regretful night because thats whats garanteed to happen. My name is Travis Swift and I am the one that was Tazed that night. I read all of the comments listed. I have to admit that some were funny but not when its you ofcourse. If any body drinks watching this than let this be a warning to why you should stop as I now have. Because of this one bad night, Ive lost a 40K a year job, spent a year and a half on probation in which I served 45 days in jail and paid over $500 dollars in fines. We all say it'll never happen to us untill... it happens to us.

Would it have made any difference to these Dayton Police Officers if the man they were trying to rouse . . was actually recovering from an epileptic seizure? If in fact, the man lived with chronic epilepsy? Are Dayton Police Officers at all informed about epilepsy and how to recognize human beings with this neurological disorder and how they present after a grand mal seizure?
