Not really, but when something like this happens everyone's voice does kinda take that nurse/doctor serious tone. Really everything said is common sense, you have them lay down and not move in-case their spine is damaged, that way you prevent them from damaging it more. Actually that is more common knowledge more than common sense, but still If they were experts they wouldn't have so many people crowded around and would give them some breathing room.
