  • This is my absolute favourite track.

  • @MercuryClock Me too man, Fallout 3 opened me to an amazing world that i really love. AND GOD STRIKE ME DOWN but i didn't get into the first few fallouts cause the turn base system pisses me off i mean fallout it hard enough at the beginning i don' need to miss 75% of my attacks and get raped by 4 raiders. lol

But i love and respect the first 2 cause of the amazing back stories and starting of an amazing world :)

  • @MercuryClock

Fuck you, Inon Zur's music is awesome too. Saying one is miles better than the other is just wrong.

  • @MercuryClock I think it has to do with how New Vegas' structure of the game felt more intune with the classic fallout games. I liked New Vegas more than 3, but I still couldn't play new vegas for longer than a couple hours before losing interest.

  • @perplexedmoth This is exactly what I mean when I say pretentious. Mark Morgan shits on Inon Zur as a music composer, I'll give you that. And again, Fallout 1 is an excellent game overall, as I'm sure 2 is.

But people try way too hard to liken Fallout 1 and 2 to fine art because they were critically acclaimed, but commercial failures. Then they say 3 was bad, and can't even explain why. But THEN they say New Vegas is good even though it looks, feels, and plays like 3.

    It's lunacy.

  • @MercuryClock bethesda better make only "sword & sorcery" type of rpgs. as for fallout 3, from music scores to quests and everything, it has just nothing to do with the original game's overall concept and feeling. they missed the point in fallout 3 completely, imho, a point hard to note and convey because its pretty much an artistic and vague one. but I see that most people are well aware of it. personally I just couldn't bare playing it more than a few hours.

  • @perplexedmoth It doesn't help that people's reasons are as vague and wide-ranging as "hurr it's Oblivion with guns" or claims that they somehow fucked with the canon. As far as I can tell, they didn't. The only valid argument I've heard is that 3's plot is a rehash of the first two, what with Project Purity paralleling the objective to replace Vault 13's water chip, and with the Enclave being the major antagonist faction in both 2 and 3.

  • @MercuryClock It's not about pretentiousness. Fallout 3 is a disgraceful terrible mockup, made by some retarded nerds who better stick to only "sword and sorcery" type of rpgs. because they haven't got a clue.
