Wow, that chord on "web" ( 0:17 ) is not one that you hear everyday in barbershop. A major-minor with an augmented 5th? That's a half-educated guess and likely wrong. Whatever it is, there's an enormous amount of tension in it, leading to some high potency chord resolution!
