NEW YORK (YouTube.com/AdAge) -- How is Eddie Murphy playing a role in a new push to diversify ad agencies? This is all well and good but once again you have the issue of black male misogyny. I'm a motion graphics designer, indie film maker and when compared to black men, they'll be given a chance over the black woman. So, you're really not helping anyone but yourselves and adhering to the white supremacist ideologies.
