  • does the water run along pipes and eventually out of the sub? and on many rc subs i see i never saw where it went out

  • YES, the water gets in and out of the syringes through pipes that connect to the outside.

All submarines wiht static immersion system, expels out water to exit to the surface.

  • I wonder what happens to The air in the piston that is compressed while submering?

You cant let it out then you would get vakuum, right?

  • The back of the piston has no closure or valve, the pressure is the same that inside the submarine when it is closed tightly before placing in water.

The air in the back of the piston does slightly increase the pressure inside the submarine when it absorbs water from the outside to the immersion.

When expel the water to rise to the surface, the interior pressure returns to normal.

  • @tgnjkl Aah, thank you very much got quick answer!

ME and a classmate are making an rc submarine as a school project.

We've also had thoughts about having it being powered by an hydrogen fuelcell.

Do you have any experience with fuelcells?

    Greetings from sweden

  • I have not experience with hydrogen fuel cells, only know the theory.

A submarine is already complicated by it's own, unless you do a degree in engineering, make a submarine that works even if a conventional electric battery, is a work that deserves the maximum punctuation.

Ask your teacher about this before fetch much more work than they already have a submarine.

  • Thats nice. is that how store bought rc subs work too?

  • como lo hiciste?

  • I have a diploma in engineering, and even this takes skill if you made it by hand, subs can be hard but easy if you know what your doing.

  • You should join us at ww w.sub pirates .co m we would love to see more of this

  • That is a great use of technology =D

  • So when that "bottons" go up the water enter into the bottle and the submarine will go downstairs
