Her voice is nice but her timing seems really off to me. Like she slows down or sings too late in certain spots.

I would like to hear Katy Perry do a cover of this cover which would be a cover of her song which is by weezer, but in basic form Id like to hear Katy Perry sing this song like this lady does. Thats all. I think she sounds great but her voice reminds me of Katy Perry I dont know why.

@Listenintostories I know what you mean about the feeling that you get when you listen to Weezer performing this song, but I have to disagree with your opinion of Costello's cover for it. Without a doubt, it's totally different from Weezer's version of it, but I still think it's great to hear a song that I've listened to LITERALLY over 1000 times, but performed in a way. Plus, Katie Costello has an incredible voice.

I dunno about this. The appeal of Weezer's song to me is that it just sounds so... Happy. Like an assurance. I grin uncontrollably when I sing along to the chorus. This is sort of bubbly or prancy, like drifting through the clouds. A way different sound than I feel like the song should have.

Very unique interpretation. I like but I'm still very confused about the music. It makes good art though, as confusing works usually do.
