@kutiepututie Those types of excuses are what keep people overweight. Those are complete lies too, a set schedule of cardio and muscle strengthening will increase your metabolism and burn off tons of calories and fat.

serioussly running doesnt help at all..just makes you tired..and the gym.....omg!!! the gym puts off about 5 lbs in 2 weeks that u can easily gain back

Staying on a strictly water diet has a good effect, and a cup of green tea with loose green tea leaves every morning will increase your metabolism. Yes I know that physical activity can sometimes be really boring, but it does help you lose weight by A LOT. Another important thing is to try to eat slowly or in smaller portions, because you don't want to eat more than you need, yes I know it's difficult, especially of something delicious. I'm 13 btw and these tips have made substantial results.
