The villains from Doctor Who are cooking up something evil in this skit performed at the 2011 Gallifrey Convention.
FAIR WARNING: This was a sketch comedy written specifically for Doctor Who fans so there's a ton of inside fanboy humor. If you're not familiar enough with the subject matter, you won't get the jokes.
You have been warned.
original sketch written by Bob Mitsch
Original title music by Scott Sebring ( I gave myself permission to use my own bloody music, thank you)

  • What convention allows an 8 and a half minute skit??????

  • @MaskedMan66 - Well the skit is actually about 7 minutes running time from entrance to final music outro. But I see what you're asking. This was done as a non competing, presentation only piece tagged on the very end of the masquerade. Since this group has gotten such great response in previous years we've earned a great deal of the official's trust.

  • Ha this is awesome! Love it!! Great job!!

  • @drembelwedge No probz! If you do it again, it might be funny to have Cap show up at the end with Tawky Tawny as his lawyer and give the Master one more thing to gripe about.

  • @batfriend66 I remember a similar thing done at a Visions convention years and years ago. It was a DW/ST:TNG crossover which went on far longer than seven minutes... or at least it seemed like it.

You folks planning on coming to Chicago TARDIS ever? I'd like to meet y'all.

  • @MaskedMan66 I'm a big Captain Marvel/Shazam fan on top of being a Who fan. I blatently took the name from that great Golden Age comic serial as a nod to that other fandom and also because I truly thought it was the perfect name that a Doctor Who villain group would choose for themselves. Gotta love sneaking in references! Very few people have caught the Shazam reference in the title so I'm glad you liked it.

  • "Doctor Who crossed with Shazam?" That's what I thought when I saw the title.

  • I love every single one of you so much. I feel so lucky to know such a group of funny, talented people. A+++
