  • ...made for dinner. I basically just avoided bad foods like fastfood, soda etc. but i did occasionally eat that stuff on the weekeds. let me know if u have more questions

  • @ZandD alright, cool thanks. yea i got the protein powder and i've been taking a multivitamin a day since junior year in high school, but i was wondering how necessary the recovery drink? i've read different things online saying it's not that important, so much as eating right and not overworking yourself.

  • @ganter444 yeah dude, im not really sure just how important the recovery drink is. My idea was just... if im gonna do it, might as well do it 100%. But im not continuing to use it now that im done with the 90 days, just too much money. and yeah definitely dont over do it and remember quality over quantity with every exercise. i started getting sloppy with the pull ups at the end and got some minor injurys in my wrists/fore arms. i was trying to increase my reps every week

    i did the classic plan, and i had a muscle milk protein shake everyday, and the P90X recovery drink after every workout. i also took my own multivitamin i already had, pretty similar to P90X's though. and i did not specifically follow the meal plan, but i did eat healthy. everyday i for breakfast i had healthy cereal with 1% milk. for lunch i ate a turkey sandwich on wheat bread, lowfat cottage cheese, carrots, and an apple. then whatever my parents

  • hey i have basically the same body type as you did starting out, and i just ordered the program. can you tell me what supplements or anything you took while doing it? and did you do classic, or lean your first time around? also, did you do the portion or the meal-plan approach? is there any other advice you can give me...? i'd appreciate it.
