  • I think your competitors are hitting the "dislike" button! This was by far the best, simplest, easiest to understand explanation of a solar/wind off grid setup i've ever seen. Kudos to you for putting this information out there and a great product which I plan to buy at some point in the future. Everything is so clean and simple, I love it man.

  • @quakefiend Yes they are hitting the dislike button. they done it to a friend of mines video also.

  • love the videos Jeff .keep up the great work , love the info

  • This is wonderfully helpful. Most of the other videos don't explain each of the components you need to get the whole system working. I have no prior experience with this but I understood it. Thank you.

  • @helloman1976 no i don't have any videos on MPPT yet. The all in one controller is nice, has all the meters and it's set up for solar panels and wind turbines.there isolated from each other.

  • @jeffmolly1 I guess I should have said I've never seen you use MPPT controllers or at least I didn't know it was one. Do you have any videos of them on here? Also what does using wind turbines have to do with using MPPT or not? I'm considering your Compact Charge Controller or your All In One Charge Controller. I have 1350 watts of solar panels and I will be getting a wind turbine too, which controller would be better for me? I'm probably getting your Falcon 3 800watt. Thanks for your help!

  • @helloman1976 We do use MPPT controllers, just don't have any right now and we do mostly wind turbines anyway.Mppt is exspensive and won't pay for itself unless you have alot of solar panels, like 2 or 3 thousand watts worth.get another panel with the money you save.

  • @jeffmolly1 Jeff, quick question for you. I'm about to buy my entire off-grid system. One thing I noticed is you guys don't use MPPT controllers, why? I saw one on your website but it's been "sold out" for months and is only 400 watts. The MPPT controller I was looking at is $520, TS-MPPT-60, versus some of yours which are sub $200. I could get an extra panel for the money I save. Should I get MPPT or not and if not, why? I have 1350watts of panels and 10 x 105ah of batteries

  • @Floridaprepper no voltage drop.

    Jeff

  • @helloman1976 Thank you,Thank you.
