@luigiperso Yeah, and Jimi Hendrix plagiarized Francis Scott Key when he played the Star Spangled Banner at woodstock. You need to learn the difference between 'plagiarizm and tribute in fact Yngwie credits each composer he tributs on all of his cd inserts. But thanks for your unresearched imput.

Mozart's 25th symphony, to be precise.
He also incorporated several phrases from Bach and Wagner + many more. Sometimes I think he doesn't even realize that he's copying (he certainly did it knowingly in this case though).
Still, I wouldn't hold this against him because, for one thing, I enjoy hearing these themes played through a driven Marshall amp. and for another, it's not my place to defend Mozart's work from copyright infringement.
In the end, we all steal from the classics.
