That happened to me when I went in to 'Media' and then into 'Photo's', the Orange mobile retailer told me that it was faulty, they didnt refund or give me a brand new one, instead they took my phone for 4 months and gave me a shit Samsung that didnt have a camera.

How about you tell the customer how the softaware is crap and how it keeps turning itself off because it overheats. I cant believe sony gets away with charging someone so much for one of these and then it doesnt work. Im going back to NOKIA. I had the w910i and everyone i know who has it hates it coz it turns off and restarts itself every now and then. save your money dnt buy sony until they make software that works and is value for money.
