the 5850m smashes this game. the 260m is pretty poor gaming wise, to be honest.

gta iv is processor intensive. even a 8800GT could easily run it on high,as long as you have a decent cpu to back it up i.e. AMD Athlon II 3ghz and higher/Intel C2D 3Ghz
quad core would be the best, but a decent dualcore gets the job done.
