  • Don't be discouraged!. Your weight fluctuates on a daily basis. It could be water weight! Have you been measuring yourself? You might be losing inches! Don't give up, you can do this!

  • I measured myself once when I first started so I will again to compare...I plan to go to bed tonight with that very attitude of "I can do this!!!"

  • continue with this journey and reach all of your goals. its not going to be easy but you can do it. find that motivation, drive, ambition, determination, and strength from within that i know is there and bring it out. dont give up you've been making amazing progress and you will continue to do amazing. weight loss is not only physical but its a mental thing. its more mental than it is physical. put your mind into it and the body will follow. you can do it. you will do it. im here for you girl!!!

  • Girl thank you so much...i feel myself on the way to self-sabotage as I've done in the past and I definitely don't wanna go down that road again...so time to get my mental back together...and start again...

  • Hi-Im Dutches, stop getting on the scale, the inches is what counts, been through it-take pictures, yes McD's is bad,it took me 4mos to loose 4lbs, but i went from 15/16 to 12,which is loose,now the lbs r coming off-no mre scale, lift wgts,muscle burns fat,was always on the scale-gettin mad

  • Okay...remember this....in order to gain 1 pound you had to have eaten over 3500 calories extra! Find out how you did and change that! Good Luck!

  • Weightloss will come with numerous bumps, and you will definitely fall down, but how's the club song go... "WE FALL DOWN... BUT WE GET UP!!!" *soul clapping* u know I love my club, but as long as you realize something different has to be done before you go up 10 + lbs. u have come this far, we are not going to let u degress. The fact that this is a hard journey will make u appreciate the final outcome even more. To kno the struggles that u went to in order to get where u will be...stay strong!

  • get that mental back in place so everything else will fall into place take some time to yourself get refreshed replenished and rejunevated so you can come back full throttle.
