I try to encourage the buttoned-down residents of Nampa, Idaho to semi-express themselves by donning ski masks and taking off a few items of clothing. The result is the city's, and probably the world's, first anonymous semi-nudist colony.
This was part of The Marc Horowitz Signature Series, where I signed my name on a US map and then drove that route. Along the way I "improved" 19 towns that fell along my signature's path. These "improvements" include making a commercial for my high school and burying an entire town's problems in Craig, Colorado.
