1.White people leave (this timeitll be rich people)
2.All related industries start to cut jobs
3.Shops, diners, malls, customer service, food industries shut down
4.Working and middle class filing for unemployment
5.The college educated people cant get high end or low end jobs. The non-college educated workers dont get jobs because job turnover plummets. A lot of employers start exploiting vulnerable workers. Sexual harassment increases. It becomes harder to leave jobs.
6.Violence crime rises. Robberies, murders, assaults
7.Upscale turns off. Some ex-Middle class workers start running scams. These are people who are too proud to scale down. Look for increase in ID theft.
8.The school system collapses. Police officers and fire fighters get laid out. Gangs take over neighbors.
9.Ethnic and racial groups turn on one another.
10. Extreme law enforcement policies

Three Biggest Concerns about the next Five years

1.Racial Conflict (if things get worse, people will want to blame somebodyand that somebody will be Obama)
2.Hyper Inflation (millions of Americans could everything and seek revenge)

I agree with what you said about a major terror attack possibly happining when the economy is starting to recover . If anything would slam the brakes on an economic recovery that would be it.Remember how badly the Stock market fell when it reopened the week after 911? The economy was devestated and we fell into a worse recession.Another major attack would crash the market just like then.

Why not enlist these prisoners into the armed forces? I am certain the war would be over in less than 30 days. Possibly more. The reason why the Government won't do this is obvious. There is no war on terrorism. This is a war so generals, executives,media, DOD, CIA.....get that 20 year retirement. Millions of "their" jobs are on the line. The Justice system is a failure. The United States always runs off saving the rest of the world at the expense of the american people. I would much rather give a prior felon an opportunity to better himself than spend millions of dollars protecting the pipelines in Saudi Arabia or Iraq.
