Taylor Hanson's new band [ TINTED WINDOWS ]

Well everyone, I've learned through this video you aren't allowed to have an opinion on youtube.

It's an awesome thing.

Anyway, why might I say this?

this new project of taylors was revealed to me by surprise, my friend sent me a link to the song and asked me what I had thought and I immediately replied "It reminds me of the jonas brothers"

When I realized it was taylors new band I nearly had a heart attack... more so when I saw Tay dancing around instrument-less.

The more I listen, the less it sounds like it. But my first impression which was unbiased was still "jonas brothers?"

but since everyone would rather talk about my opinion rather than this video, I've removed all traces of it.

Taylor can obviously see past outer beauty- especially when music is involved- because in all honesty it's all about the music to them.

Music is about breaking free of visual stimulation and just listening.

Susan Boyle for example- she's an amazing singer but looking at her the shallow thing would be to say "Why bother singing? You're ugly." but the truth of the matter is it will always be about the music.

back with you and messing with my head are good songs but thats bout it. I definitely prefer hanson. Hanson songs and music work very well with tays voice and Taylor not being behind an instrument just doesnt really work for me.

Taylor hanson and james iha in the same band?!. I wouldn't have believed it unless i'd seen this with my own eyes ! I thought it was really good ! But then they are all talented musicians, so why not ? :)

Well...I think they should let James Iha write the lyrics and the music. As it is this makes me appreciate The Smashing Pumpkins new albums like Zeitgeist, American Gothic, and Teargarden By Kaleidescope.
