Keeping a journal of your food intake is proven to help you reach your goals.

Make sure to enter your food and beverages into the Nutrition Journal. To do this, just click the "ADD ITEM" link for the appropriate meal, enter your food item and click "SAVE".
If it's a new food item, you can click the "FIND NUTRITION INFO" link to search our database for the detailed nutritional information.
This will help you keep track of the calories you're consuming.
If you're entering something you've eaten before, we've got a "RECENT" link that you can click to view everything you've recently entered.

From this module you can also access your "SAVED MEALS" and "PANTRY". Saved meals is a helpful way to quickly add common meals that you may eat.
The Pantry is an effective way to keep the foods you eat in an easily accessible list to add to your Nutrition Journal.
